Dental Practice Management: a Free Report for the Success of Your Dental Practice!

Wednesday, January 20th, 2010

In this article, I would like to invite you to avail on my free offer for your dental practice management. It’s a free report called “How To Predictably Grow Your Practice 25-35% Every Year While Enjoying More Control, Time Off, And Bottom-Line Net Profits!”. As a little bit of background of myself, I have been the president of Dentist Profits for over 5 and ½ years now, and I have worked up with over 3,900 general dentists in helping them in the management of their dental practice throughout North America, and actually with other dentists all over the globe! And this is something we focus specifically at our dental practice management website!

Now, for the management and success of your dental practice, I’m going to offer you a brand new free report I created so that you get to see some of the most important, critical dangers that dentists are facing throughout their profession right now, and how you can capitalize on our economy, on what patients want, and on new services that are available. When you opt in, you get the free report, and I’m going to share to you a couple of simple things. The first thing is “What are the seven most pressing dangers that most general dentists face in their practice?” and how you can solve them right now. The second thing is “Why are 79% of general dentists frustrated and irritated about the amount of money they’re making in their practice?”. I mean, come on, dentistry should be one of the most profitable, the most fun and the most wealth-accumulating professions there is! And the reality is that it is, but just for a small percentage… with the majority struggling in their dental practice. The reason for this is because when you went to dental school you were told “just go out there and be a great dentist, and people will pay you money and they will be glad to pay you!”. And the reality is that most of my clients, before they come with me, face that most patients are price-shoppers, price-driven, and don’t even know what it is that dentistry can do for them! So, if you’re looking to increase your new patient flow (whether double it or even quadruple it); or if you’re just looking for a few more quality new patients; or if you are looking to increase your referral ratio and once you opt in, I’ll tell you exactly how I determine the health of your practice, and that’s everything, be it regarding your referrals and your referral ratio, and how you can solve it. The next thing you got to look at is “If you’re adding more services to your practice, how do your patients know about it.. and are they choosing them?” Now, if you’re frustrated that you’ve already done implants, you’ve done Invisalign, you’ve done luminaries, you’ve gone through advanced cosmetic training… but patients are just not choosing them in your office, then you have to check out this free report because, I guarantee you, it really has the answers! So, go ahead, fill in your name right now and all your information, and I promise not to share any of the information with any other businesses (it’s confidential, just between you and I). And I’m looking forward to helping you and letting you make more money in the next 12 months than you’ve ever imagined possible. Go now for the success of your dental practice!

Small Business Cheap Advertising Solution

Thursday, December 17th, 2009

Every small business hits a hurdle when it comes to advertising as unlike the huge companies the budget for advertising is on the small side.  With the promo plate a small business can quickly get their information out to the masses with a minimal investment  Through out this article I will show you why the promo plate is the key to success for any small business.

What Exactly Is A Promo Plate – A promo plate is an attractive nameplate that you fix to the back of your vehicle.  Instead of having a tired old bumper sticker that will fade quickly a promo plate advertises your small business in a classy way that is sure to grab attention in your marketplace.

Who Can Benefit From A Promo Plate – Anyone who is wishing to gain business in their local market can benefit from a promo plate.  A real estate agent can show his or her contact information, a local website can promote their URL and a small business can raise name awareness by showing their name in a classy way.  The use of a promo plate is endless and as of late a number of people have been displaying their Twitter URL.

Does The Promo Plate Work – Imagine sitting in traffic and the vehicle in front of you has a bumper sticker and nine times out of ten you will read what it has to say.  Now imagine a stunning gold plated nameplate on the vehicle and you can see the power of the promo plate for at the end of the day this is the one that will stick in people’s minds.  If you live in a major city can you imagine the number of people who will see your promo plate each and every day.  Stand out in the crowd and you will attract customers to your small business.

Is The Promo Plate Cost Effective – Do you have any idea the price of a television ad or a radio ad and with both not only are they expensive you have to hope that your potential customer is watching or listening at the time the ad runs so it can be a heck of a gamble for a small business.  The promo ad is a one time investment that will continue to promote your business for as long as it is running and it cost a fraction of your typical television or radio ad.  The promo plate can advertise your small business to a huge number of people in your local area for under forty bucks.

With Christmas right around the corner the promo plate would make a great present for the small business owner in your family.  The promo plate is the ultimate solution for small business advertising.  Take a look at the Promo Plates website and I am sure you will agree.

Refining Your Mailing List

Tuesday, December 15th, 2009

I would say that the greatest problems many people have who start to use direct mailing for the first time is that they do not really understand what they need to do to properly manage their mailing lists.

Knowing what you do when you print postcards along with the best designs is not as much of a concern because if you have experience with other forms of marketing you at least have some experience to call upon. The need to have color postcards that grabs the eye is rather obvious, and the majority of advertisements require something similar. What good is any advertisement if no one bothers to look at it?

However, setting up and maintaining a mailing list is when the problem occurs because this is not something you would need to do for any other form of marketing, which is what leads to confusion and other issues with it.

The first question is where do you get these mailings lists? There is a variety of different places you can go to in order to obtain fully formed mailing lists already. People who are receiving magazines or catalogs are naturally going to be on a mailing list. This is also a good group because they are used to receiving different things like this in the mail, which means they will be more likely to pay attention to what you have to say.

However, do not let your first mailing list be the only thing that you get. This is what I see happen the most: a company gets their first large mailing list and then never really alters it. They change things when they print postcards, find new designs to send out and things like that, but they stick with the exact same mailing list they have been using since the very beginning.

The problem with this is that the first mailing list you got is not likely to be very precise. Yes, you are going to be getting a list of people in your general market that might have interest, but a number of the people on that list are simply never going to have interest in buying from you.

Keep careful track of your success and then start to whittle away at your list as the months go by. If you keep noticing certain people who never bother to respond you might want to just take them off the list.

After enough time you can get your list down to the core people you know have the most interest. From there you can then get access to another large list and start the process all over again while still sending things to that first core list.

The end goal is that after enough time that core list continues to grow until it gets large enough to sustain you. Now you can be certain that everyone you send your marketing to has interest in your company, and you greatly increase your chances of success.
