			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Thoughts -</strong> This &#105;&#115; &#97; continuation &#111;&#102; “Part I” &#111;&#102; &#117;&#115;&#105;&#110;&#103; The Phone As A Marketing Tool.  Once you’ve organized &#121;&#111;&#117;&#114; environment &#116;&#111; &#98;&#101; &#97; suitable workplace, free &#111;&#102; unnecessary &#97;&#110;&#100; avoidable distractions, &#116;&#104;&#101;&#115;&#101; tips &#119;&#105;&#108;&#108; help guide &#121;&#111;&#117; onward &#105;&#110;&#116;&#111; posturing yourself &#102;&#111;&#114; phone conversations &#116;&#104;&#97;&#116; &#97;&#114;&#101; enjoyable &#97;&#110;&#100; helpful &#116;&#111; prospects.  Having positive &#97;&#110;&#100; helpful phone conversations &#116;&#104;&#97;&#116; lead &#116;&#111; profitable business relationships &#105;&#115; &#111;&#117;&#114; main goal &#105;&#110; &#116;&#104;&#101; end.  Fair enough?  If so, &#103;&#111; &#108;&#111;&#111;&#107; yourself &#105;&#110; &#116;&#104;&#101; mirror &#97;&#110;&#100; ask yourself &#119;&#104;&#97;&#116; you’re willing &#116;&#111; &#100;&#111; &#116;&#111; achieve it.  I say &#116;&#104;&#105;&#115; &#98;&#101;&#99;&#97;&#117;&#115;&#101; it’s important &#116;&#111; understand &#116;&#104;&#97;&#116; you’ll experience &#97;&#108;&#108; kinds &#111;&#102; people &#119;&#105;&#116;&#104; &#100;&#105;&#102;&#102;&#101;&#114;&#101;&#110;&#116; moods &#97;&#110;&#100; situations &#97;&#108;&#111;&#110;&#103; &#116;&#104;&#101; way, &#97;&#110;&#100; &#105;&#116; &#99;&#97;&#110; &#98;&#101; tough.  But &#98;&#121; accepting &#116;&#104;&#97;&#116; &#102;&#114;&#111;&#109; &#116;&#105;&#109;&#101; &#116;&#111; &#116;&#105;&#109;&#101; you’ll interrupt &#97; family dinner, &#102;&#105;&#110;&#100; grumpy people, &#97;&#110;&#100; &#103;&#101;&#116; hung &#117;&#112; on, &#105;&#116; doesn’t seem &#108;&#105;&#107;&#101; &#116;&#104;&#97;&#116; &#98;&#105;&#103; &#111;&#102; &#97; deal, &#97;&#110;&#100; &#116;&#104;&#101;&#110; you’re &#111;&#110; &#116;&#104;&#101; &#114;&#105;&#103;&#104;&#116; track.  Taking &#116;&#104;&#105;&#110;&#103;&#115; personally &#119;&#105;&#108;&#108; bruise &#121;&#111;&#117;&#114; business efforts, begin &#110;&#111;&#119; &#116;&#111; practice listening without becoming attached &#116;&#111; &#116;&#104;&#101; words.  Never &#116;&#97;&#107;&#101; &#97;&#110;&#121; call &#111;&#114; &#97;&#110;&#121; &#100;&#97;&#121; &#116;&#111;&#111; seriously (no matter &#104;&#111;&#119; great &#111;&#114; terrible).</p>
